Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing within luxury hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or premium brands
  • Proven experience working in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably with a wellness-focused, boutique, or lifestyle concept
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, PR, and content marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong creative sense with attention to brand aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Experience working with creative agencies and media partners
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the resorts marketing communications strategy in line with brand positioning and business objectives
  • Lead brand storytelling across all channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging
  • Oversee digital marketing platforms, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
  • Manage public relations and media relations, including press releases, media visits, influencers, and brand collaborations
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote rooms, dining outlets, events, and lifestyle experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, F&B, Sales, and Revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals
  • Manage content creation, including photoshoots, videos, copywriting, and marketing collateral
  • Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and digital analytics, providing regular performance reports and insights
  • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, and media partners
  • Support pre-opening or campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and special events as required
