About the job Assistant Director of Sales
Our client is a five-star luxury beachfront resort in Bali, catering to an international clientele and offering a balanced blend of vibrant lifestyle experiences and refined relaxation, and is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to drive its overall sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within luxury or upscale hotels, with prior exposure to international markets.

Strong leadership capability with experience supervising, coaching, or guiding sales team members.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at a senior account level.

Solid understanding of market analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and key sales performance indicators.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate sales goals into actionable market and account plans.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).

High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and grooming standards aligned with a luxury brand.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with hotel systems, sales reporting, and CRM tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide Sales Managers to ensure market plans, targets, and account strategies are effectively implemented.

Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, corporate clients, and partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

Lead and participate in high-level sales calls, client negotiations, site inspections, and key account meetings.

Ensure timely preparation, review, and approval of quotations, contracts, and sales reports.

Track sales performance against budgets and forecasts, supporting revenue optimization initiatives.

Actively participate in weekly sales meetings, contributing strategic ideas, concepts, and action plans.

Maintain strong coordination with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to maximize business results.
