Our client is a renowned Indonesian alcoholic beverage manufacturing company based in Bali, seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, drive market growth, strengthen brand positioning, and oversee all marketing initiatives across both on-trade and off-trade channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, or Head of Marketing & Brand
  • Previous experience within alcoholic beverages, FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, or consumer brands is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of brand building, trade marketing, digital marketing, and consumer engagement strategies
  • Proven experience managing both on-trade and off-trade channels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action
  • Experience managing agencies, partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends while creatively developing brand stories
  • Open to both expat and local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and commercial performance
  • Lead all brand, digital, trade, and promotional marketing activities across on-trade and off-trade channels
  • Manage product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and activations to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while maintaining strong collaboration with external agencies and partners
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand metrics, and marketing effectiveness
