About the job Front Office Manager
Our client is a luxury boutique hotel focused on connection, simplicity, and calm, located in Uluwatu, Bali. They are looking for a Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations, deliver a warm and personalised guest experience, and support administrative coordination across the property.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a front office or guest relations leadership role in a boutique or lifestyle brand in Bali
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with PMS or hotel reservation systems
- Highly professional, organised, and dependable, with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build genuine guest relationships
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, guest-facing environment
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office operations and ensure smooth guest service

Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures

Oversee reservations, room allocations, and basic system updates
