Our client is a luxury boutique hotel focused on connection, simplicity, and calm, located in Uluwatu, Bali. They are looking for a Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations, deliver a warm and personalised guest experience, and support administrative coordination across the property.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a front office or guest relations leadership role in a boutique or lifestyle brand in Bali
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with PMS or hotel reservation systems
  • Highly professional, organised, and dependable, with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build genuine guest relationships
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, guest-facing environment
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front office operations and ensure smooth guest service
  • Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Oversee reservations, room allocations, and basic system updates
  • Support administrative tasks and internal coordination
  • Ensure a warm, personalised, and professional guest experience
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints in an efficient manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation
