Our client is an independent 5-star luxury boutique resort located in the heart of Seminyak. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and elevate the resort's positioning as a premier luxury destination.

The ideal candidate will bring solid international hospitality experience, strong financial and operational expertise, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while inspiring a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a General Manager in luxury 5-star hotels or resorts, with a minimum of three years of consistent tenure per property.
  • Solid work experience in other luxury brands in Indonesia and other major international destinations in Southeast Asia is desired.
  • Excellent leadership, guest engagement, financial acumen, and ability to uphold and elevate service standards at an international luxury level.
  • Professional, well-presented, and able to embody the brand image of a world-class luxury property.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and operational expertise within the luxury hospitality brand.
  • Experience with Forbes Travel Guide Standards or LQA (Luxury Quality Assurance) is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of resort operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa services.
  • Proven track record in managing a high volume of operations or hotel occupancy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, committed to driving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the hotel to ensure world-class guest experiences and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with the brands luxury standards and service culture.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L, while optimizing revenue and profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability, consistency, and excellence.
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery and guest satisfaction, maintaining the property's reputation as a leading 5-star destination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and key business partners.
  • Develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and positioning strategies to maximize market share in luxury hospitality.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor performance, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Uphold strict compliance with international standards, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Act as the brand ambassador of the property, representing the hotel with professionalism and strong personal presentation.
