HSE Supervisor / fluently Mandarin /FPSO / 24.10.25

Mission:
Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management, and continuous improvement of the Vessel HSE Management System throughout all phases of vessel operations.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Provide professional support to ensure all activities on-board  vessels (including offshore rigs) are conducted in strict accordance with  HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), and Client HSE Requirements.

• Provide specialist advice to the Vessel Management Team and crew for interpretation and implementation of HSE procedures.

• Ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules onboard the vessel.

• Liaise with HSE or QHSE Division functions, operating companies, and project teams to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

• Support the Vessel Management Team and crew in HSE Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis.

• Assist in the Risk Management process, including implementation of Risk Control Measures.

• Deliver HSE training to crew and project teams.

• Participate in accident and incident investigations.

• Coordinate activities of the HSE Officers onboard the vessel.

• Ensure correct reporting of vessel HSE data and monitoring of corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education: Masters Degree in Medicine

• Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin

• NEBOSH certified

• Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor on offshore projects, preferably FPSO

• Strong technical knowledge in medicinal and health-related areas
