𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 / 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐭 (𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝)

• We are looking for an experienced Shipping Agent to join our team in Sopot and support both our core agency operations and offshore projects.
• Long-term opportunity for a professional who understands shipping agency operations and supporting both offshore projects and regular agency activities.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

• End-to-end vessel and client handling.
• Preparing quotations and coordinating port operations.
• Daily communication with shipowners and clients.
• Operational settlement and invoicing.
• Supporting offshore projects when available.
• Handling regular agency operations between offshore assignments.
  
  𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

• Several years of experience in a shipping agency.
• Works independently and takes initiative.
• Very good English skills
• Understands vessel operations and client management.
• Offshore industry experience (strong advantage)
