About the job Loss Prevention Lead

Mission:Lead the Loss Prevention activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards

Contribute to the capitalization of the Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies and to the continuous technical improvement

Tasks:

  • Take part to the commercial activities (promotion, pre-qualification and bidding) by assuring uniform approach and guidance crosswise the initiatives
  • Use technological/technical know-how and in-house experience to support the commercial promotion activity
  • Analyse the Tender Documents
  • Take part in the definition of the detail project execution strategy
  • Take part to the project risk assessment
  • Define list of activities and deliverables, set up time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all discipline project documents
  • Ensure discipline project progress, monitor and control man-hour consumption
  • Coordinate the loss prevention activities of the team members throughout the project
  • Support Project effort with identification of changes to the Contract scope
  • Track and report to the Project Management the discipline scope of work changes updating man-hours and cost estimate
  • Grant interface with the Client technical representative
  • Participate to the multidisciplinary project reviews
  • Manage the different interfaces
  • For the materials and services within remit, define and issue Purchase Requisitions, ensuring Technical Bids Evaluations and Vendors/Subcontractors follow-up activities
  • Inform on a permanent basis the Technical Manager and if required the Project Manager of any foreseen technical or financial or delay risk
