Construction Quality Manager / Onshore

Mission

Ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the Company Quality Management System and of its application within the projects, promoting training and sensitization at all levels, and verify its correct implementation and ensure proper and timely reporting to Local Management and Corporate

Tasks

At System level:
Represent the Company regarding all matters of Quality
Manage and update the Company Quality Management Manual (QMS)
Guarantee the correct implementation of issuing and distribution cycle of Company Procedur es
Plan and supervise Quality System Audits and evaluate any necessary corrective actions
Provide necessary assistance and specific expertise to other Company functions and to projects concerning matters of quality
Liaise wi th the authorised Company Quality System certification body
Prepare the Quality Management System Review Meetings
Propose preventive measures, promote and implement improvement programs
Manage Company document system ensuring its maintenance and updating, cooperating with all Company functions
Evaluate the Quality Systems of suppliers and sub-contractors during the pre-qualification phase
Ensure the development of Quality training programs for enhance competency, awareness and commitment towards Quality issues

At Project level:
Ensure, during both the bidding end execution phases, the availability of qualified quality assurance and quality control personnel suitable for project needs
Guarantee the planning and assessment of project audit results and analysis of non-conformity
Ensure at project level monitoring of Customer Satisfaction process
Guarantee the specialistic support to the Proposal Manager during bidding phase and to the Project Manager during project execution phase
Ensure quality training plans at project level on QMS
Ensure the collection and the analysis of data coming from projects
Ensure Quality resources, management,development and optimization
Ensure QA/QC Services Vendors and Subcontractors qualification and performance monitoring and evaluation
Ensure the optimization of the competent overhead costs and the achievement of defined targets within the functions budget
