Please be informed that we are currently looking for candidate for HVAC Planner position to work with our Client based in Africa.

Requirements:

Maintenance planning experience in SAP is a must-have.
Minimum 3-5 years or more of field experience in Oil & Gas, marine, offshore Industry.
Good understanding and management of Microsoft Tools (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, Planner Hub, Power Bi, PPT)
Excellent English skills.
Good Understanding and management of SAP (any version is acceptable, S4/HANA is a great advantage)
Experience in: concept of planning (notification, planning, validation, tracking materials, POs, status reports), planning maintenance activities and orders, understanding of equipment, software tools.


Mission:

  • Ensure the works are planned to meet the overall project objectives.
  • Ensure the integrated plan and schedule of both planned and corrective works are made available so as the plant reliability and availability are maximized.
  • Ensure scheduling techniques are utilized to define the timing of the planned maintenance tasks to maximize safety and efficiency whilst aligning with production economics and operational constraints.
  • Promote the implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as a key tool for planning, scheduling, monitoring and control the maintenance works execution.
  • Provide the maintenance and production superintendent with the appropriate reporting.

Tasks:

  • Supports the maintenance coordinator for the aspect falling within his area of responsibilities.
  • Responsible for coordinating several sub-contractors and related disciplines towards successful execution of the maintenance work.
  • Ensures that all planning activities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements.
  • Actively contributes to Safety Walkdowns. In case of incidents contributes to investigations.
  • Verifies that the Planning, Commissioning & Start-up requirements are accounted in the engineering documents.
  • Responsible to develop and submit project planning & schedules.
  • Reviews the Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning all maintenance planning activities.
  • Follow-up of completions of Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM), commissioning and start-up requirements.
  • Issues progress reports within his area of responsibility.
  • Contributes to the planning and scheduling of the job routines of Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) with assigned resources, materials and logistics.
  • Responsible of the Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activity tasks and resources.
  • Coordinates Vendors at site within his own operating area.
  • Coordinates work orders status in CMMS.
  • According to Plant feedbacks, optimizes Maintenance Plan, spare parts and manpower.
  • Responsible to gather information and develop scope of work.
  • Follow-up planned jobs and schedule targets and submit update to management.
  • Communicates results of scheduled target changes to field supervision.
  • Assists in preparation and update of annual maintenance budget.
  • Analyses weekly work schedule with operation and distribute to maintenance supervision for execution.
  • All planned Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) work orders shall be confirmed with the proper resources, equipment and logistics.
  • All planned Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) work orders must be confirmed with the proper material, consumables and spare parts.
  • Applies the lessons learned from RCFA evaluation. Provides the maintenance and production superintendent with the appropriate reporting
