We are building a talent pool of SecDevOps Engineers to support upcoming projects across different clients and industries. This is not tied to a specific open position, but to proactively identify professionals with strong security and DevOps expertise who may be considered for imminent engagements.

Role Overview

SecDevOps Engineers in our talent pool will be considered for projects where security is embedded across the software development lifecycle, working closely with development and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and maintain secure systems.

Typical Responsibilities (Project-dependent):

  • Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).

  • Implement and manage security controls across cloud and on-prem environments.

  • Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation.

  • Automate security checks and compliance controls.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure secure application delivery.

  • Support incident response, monitoring, and security best practices adoption.

Core Technical Skills (varies by project):

  • DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation).

  • Security tools for code scanning, dependency analysis, and container security.

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and GCP).

  • Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Javascript, Python, Go (Goland) and configuration languages such as YAML.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).

  • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Identity and access management, secrets management, and encryption.

Security Knowledge:

  • Secure SDLC principles.

  • Application security (SAST, DAST, SCA).

  • Cloud security best practices.

  • Network and infrastructure security fundamentals.

  • Compliance and security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Professional Requirements:

  • Experience in DevOps, Security, or SecDevOps roles.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.

  • Excellent English communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
