JOB DUTIES

  • Identify, research, and recommend relevant trade shows, expos, industry conferences, and community events nationwide.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, venue managers, and service providers.
  • Manage an updated calendar of upcoming opportunities aligned with marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare event proposals, budgets and reports for approval and review.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all events and activations.
  • Assist with venue bookings, logistics, transportation, booth setup, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on pre-event and post-event promotional plans.
  • Maintain consistent brand representation during all activations.
  • Collect customer engagement data for analysis to improve future events.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or HND in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Canva
  • Good budgeting and financial management skills.
  • High attention to detail and execution excellence.
