About the job Sales & Events Intern
JOB DUTIES
- Identify, research, and recommend relevant trade shows, expos, industry conferences, and community events nationwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, venue managers, and service providers.
- Manage an updated calendar of upcoming opportunities aligned with marketing and sales campaigns.
- Prepare event proposals, budgets and reports for approval and review.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all events and activations.
- Assist with venue bookings, logistics, transportation, booth setup, etc.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on pre-event and post-event promotional plans.
- Maintain consistent brand representation during all activations.
- Collect customer engagement data for analysis to improve future events.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree or HND in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Canva
- Good budgeting and financial management skills.
- High attention to detail and execution excellence.

- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
