DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct market research to find customer needs, market trends and competitor analysis.
  2. Support marketing campaigns across various channels.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for marketing materials.
  1. Support product development and launches, including packaging design, promotional rollouts and market-entry strategies.
  2. Monitor customer feedback and market response, ensuring that strategies are responsive to customer needs and feedback loops are integrated.
  1. Support the coordination of events, exhibitions, and product activations to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  2. Assist with content creation and storytelling efforts, including blog posts, press releases, videos, and newsletters that highlight impact and values.

Qualification

  1. BSc. Business Administration, Marketing or related courses.

Technical Competencies

  1. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  2. Good knowledge and understanding of the Ghanaian consumer market.
  3. Good knowledge of social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing and digital advertising.
