About the job Marketing Intern
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to find customer needs, market trends and competitor analysis.
- Support marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for marketing materials.
- Support product development and launches, including packaging design, promotional rollouts and market-entry strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and market response, ensuring that strategies are responsive to customer needs and feedback loops are integrated.
- Support the coordination of events, exhibitions, and product activations to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Assist with content creation and storytelling efforts, including blog posts, press releases, videos, and newsletters that highlight impact and values.
Qualification
- BSc. Business Administration, Marketing or related courses.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Ghanaian consumer market.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing and digital advertising.
