Role Summary

The CRMs will serve as the main point of contact, responsible for load sourcing, dispatching, documentation, and overall client support.
This role requires strong communication skills for dealing with foreign clientele, and excellent critical thinking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Logistics or other related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or dispatch systems is an advantage
