Job Summary

A Christian Montessori School is seeking a qualified and result-oriented Career Technology Teacher to teach Junior High School students, with a strong focus on JHS3 BECE preparation. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong discipline, Christian values, and the ability to deliver practical, exam-focused instruction aligned with the GES curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Career Technology across JHS levels, with emphasis on JHS3 BECE preparation
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the GES syllabus
• Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations
• Conduct practical lessons using appropriate tools and materials
• Assess, grade, and provide timely feedback on student work
• Maintain accurate lesson notes, student records, and reports
• Uphold classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote academic excellence and Christian values

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Career Technology, Technical Education, or related field
• Proven experience preparing JHS3 students for examinations
• Strong knowledge of BECE format and marking expectations
• High sense of discipline and classroom control
• Result-oriented and committed to student success
• Practising Christian with strong moral values (preferred)
• Experience working in a Christian school is an advantage
• Proximity to Achimota or surrounding areas is preferred
