The Opportunity: Be the Frontline of Growth
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our mission by opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities that matter. This role isn't just about booking meeting sits about being the trusted first touch in a journey that transforms how organizations work, grow, and innovate.
You'll work with both Thai government agencies (ministries, SOEs, public-sector stakeholders) and SMBs, tailoring value propositions that resonate with local decision-makers. Your persistence, curiosity, and communication skills will directly shape the success of BKS in the market.
What You'll Do: Prospect, Qualify, Empower
- Prospect & Outreach: Run persona-based, multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, LINE) that engage decision-makers.
- Qualify Inbound Leads: Conduct structured discovery identifying pain points, budget, timing, and stakeholders.
- Book High-Impact Meetings: Set up high-quality meetings with clear notes, success criteria, and smooth hand-offs to Account Executives.
- Research Accounts: Map firmographics, tech stacks, key initiatives, and likely challenges in security, cloud, and automation.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work alongside SIs and resellers to source leads and align on target accounts.
- Support the Journey: Assist with vendor registrations, event logistics, and briefings/demos for clients.
- Maintain CRM Excellence: Ensure Salesforce/HubSpot records are accurate, timely, and actionable.
Who Were Looking For: The Connector
- Language Skills: Fluent Thai (spoken & written), with good English for tools and technical content.
- Experience: 0-2+ years in SDR/BDR or customer-facing roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, objection handling, discovery questioning, and active listening.
- Tech Curiosity: Able to explain SaaS, APIs, integrations, and security fundamentals.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Thai public-sector procurement cycles (TOR/RFPs) and SMB sales dynamics.
- Tools: Comfortable with modern sales platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Nice to Have: Experience with IT/security personas, PDPA awareness, or event support.
What Success Looks Like: The Impact
- Meetings booked and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) created across Public Sector and SMB segments.
- Pipeline generated with strong conversion from MQL SQL Opportunity.
- High show rates, strong hand-offs, and AE acceptance.
- Consistent account coverage of ministries, agencies, SOEs, and SMBs.
- Impeccable data hygiene and responsiveness in CRM.
