The Role: What You'll Do

As a Product Owner at BKS, you will be the CEO of your product. You will own the entire lifecycle of our AI-powered solutions, from translating high-level strategic goals into a tangible product vision to ensuring flawless execution by our engineering teams. You will live and breathe the user's needs, immerse yourself in our clients' business challenges, and drive the development of intelligent, elegant, and impactful products.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Define the Vision: Own and evangelize a clear, compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for our AI solutions. You will be the ultimate decision-maker, acting as the client's voice to anticipate needs and drive innovation.
• Master the Backlog: Obsessively manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring every sprint delivers maximum value. You will be a master of trade-offs, making data-informed decisions to focus the team on what truly matters.
• Translate Ideas into Reality: Craft clear, actionable user stories and precise acceptance criteria. You will be the bridge between complex business requirements and our engineering teams, ensuring absolute clarity.
• Champion the User: Collaborate deeply with clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), and end-users to uncover profound insights. You will translate these insights into product features that solve real-world problems.
• Drive for Excellence: Uphold the highest quality standards by rigorously reviewing and accepting completed work during UAT. You are the final gatekeeper for value and quality delivered to the customer.

Who We're Looking For: Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a relentless drive to execute. You are passionate about the potential of AI and have a proven track record of shipping successful products.

Core Qualifications:

• Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a portfolio of products you have successfully brought to market.
• AI & Technology Acumen: A deep and intuitive understanding of AI concepts and data-driven products. You must be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineering teams and translating complex AI capabilities into client-friendly business value.
• Agile Expertise: Mastery of Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence. You don't just use Agile; you champion its principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Exceptional Communication: Native-level fluency in Thai is essential for engaging with high-level stakeholders. A strong command of English is also required for collaborating with our diverse teams.
• Analytical & Creative Mindset: You possess a rare blend of creativity to envision innovative solutions and the analytical rigor to use data (Excel, SQL, analytics tools) to validate your assumptions and guide your decisions.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Industry Expertise: Prior experience in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Public Sector projects is a significant advantage.
• Consulting Background: Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a dynamic environment, possess a growth mindset, and are driven to empower teams and achieve collective success.
• Formal Certification: A Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus.
