As part of our Product team, you'll design user experiences that blend human-centered principles with cutting-edge AI capabilities. Your work will influence how users interact with adaptive, personalized, and conversational interfaces, making technology feel effortless and intuitive.

What You'll Own

User Research & Insights

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover user needs.
• Translate findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable design strategies.

UX Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes and prototypes that reflect Thai user behavior and cultural nuances.
• Design flows from low-fidelity sketches to polished, high-fidelity prototypes.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
• Iterate designs through usability testing, A/B experiments, and real-world feedback.

UI Design & Consistency

• Ensure visual designs are clean, consistent, and aligned with our design system.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation and testing.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in wireframes and UX flows.
• Proven ability to design for Thai user behavior and digital habits.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Portfolio showcasing UX process and UI execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience with localization design and advanced UX research methods.
• Visual design skills to polish UI when needed.
• Graphic and presentation design ability for clear communication.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English and Thai (native-level Thai preferred).
