They play pivotal role ensuring project execution is consistent across the organization and find optimum ways for executing different types of projects.
Job Description:
- Lead Agile adoption across digital product and engineering teams, aligning Agile practices with our digital transformation goals.
- Assess current delivery models, development workflows, and team dynamics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for Agile improvement.
- Coach development squads, Product Owners, BA, Developer and Testers on Agile roles, responsibilities, and mindset.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and workshops customized to the needs of software delivery teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including UX, DevOps, QA, and Product Management to optimize Agile at scale.
- Establish and refine Agile operating models, team charters, and governance frameworks aligned with SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or other scaled approaches.
- Support CI/CD practices and Agile metrics (e.g., lead time, deployment frequency, DORA metrics) to measure delivery performance.
- Develop and deliver tailored Agile training programs and resources to build organizational agility.
- Contribute to the formation and maturity of an Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Champion agility, innovation, and lean thinking throughout the digital product lifecycle.
- Setup management reporting and identify required data-points from JIRA tool.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Project, Business Development, leadership) to ensure alignment between ground reality and best practice
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile consulting or coaching within software/digital product teams.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar Agile frameworks in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile engineering practices (e.g., DevOps, test automation, trunk-based development).
- Proven ability to coach and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional, PMI-ACP).
- Exposure to project execution as well as product development environments.
- Experience working with onsite/offshore software development model
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives (AI, platform modernization, data-driven products).
- Background in software development, product ownership, or technical project management.
- Familiarity with metrics-driven delivery models and value stream mapping.
Skills:
- Expert in advanced Jira functions such as automation rules, post-functions, conditions, and validators
- Familiarity in third-party Jira apps and integrations (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, GitHub, Tempo, ScriptRunner, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Insight (Asset Management), and Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio for Jira).
- Exposure to Agile reporting, Power BI, or custom Jira dashboards using JQL and gadgets
- Good in Microsoft Office product (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Team)
