What you'll be doing:

• Create and maintain clear test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute manual tests for features, workflows, and integrations across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Log, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira and Xray.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify issues and troubleshoot.
• Prepare test data and environments for system, integration, and UAT phases.
• Share testing insights and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with QA teams to align coverage, handover, and final testing.
• Support defect resolution, especially in Thai-language workflows.
• Assist UAT prep by validating test cases and ensuring environmental readiness.
• Join UAT sessions with users/clients, providing hands-on support.
• Report testing progress, issues, and risks during final delivery.

What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional, UI, and integration testing across both mobile and web applications.
• Proven ability to write clear, well-structured test cases and execute them effectively across a variety of devices and environments.
• Proficient in test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
• Foundational understanding of APIs and experience using tools like Postman for request/response validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data directly from databases during the testing process.

• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English

• This is a permanent position based in our Bangkok office, with WFH benefits.
• Youll initially report to the Head of Product. The reporting line will be adjusted as the team expands.
