Role Overview:
The Client Solution Architect will play a critical role in bridging the gap between client business needs and BKS' solution portfolio together with its technical capabilities. This individual will leverage their deep domain knowledge, sales experience, and technical expertise to present tailored digital transformation solutions for clients in both the Thai government and private sectors. They will also provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales and delivery process.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Present innovative digital transformation solutions leveraging BKS's portfolio of technologies, including AI, GenAI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
- Develop detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of both government and private sector clients.
Technical Sales and Pre-Sales Support:
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Develop and deliver proof-of-concepts and prototypes.
- Address client technical inquiries and concerns.
Domain Expertise:
- Maintain a strong understanding of either specific business domains (e.g., Agriculture, Finance, E-commerce) or emerging technology domains (e.g., Blockchain, IoT, Cybersecurity, Computer Vision).
- Apply domain expertise to develop relevant and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor,1 providing technical guidance and support.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the solution delivery proces
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with VNS and other BKS teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical capabilities.
- Work with cloud providers and other technical partners.
Government and Private Sector Expertise:
- Apply a deep understanding of the Thai government procurement process and regulations.
- Navigate the complexities of working with government ministries and agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target private sector industries (Agriculture, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Tourism).
- Understand the needs of the SMB market, and how to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, technical sales, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies and trends.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
- Deep domain knowledge in either a specific business area or emerging technology area.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English languages.
- Experience working with both government and private sector clients in Thailand.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
