Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of innovative, AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will own the product vision and roadmap, design impactful features, and manage the product backlog to ensure high-value delivery. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather user insights, make final product decisions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Roadmap: Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap, proactively designing features and driving innovation as if you were the client.
- Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on delivering high-value features and identifying new opportunities.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Define user stories and acceptance criteria with a deep understanding of user needs, ensuring they are clear and actionable for the team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather insights into user needs and requirements, translating this information into valuable product features, while making final decisions on the product direction.
- Agile Practices: Champion Agile practices within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and efficient product development.
- Quality Assurance (UAT): Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets defined criteria and quality standards, advocating for customer value.
Must-Haves:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or a Product Manager.
Native-Level Thai Fluency (Verbal & Written):
- Strong command of the Thai language for clear and effective communication with high-level stakeholders.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence for managing product development cycles.
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, defining priorities, and aligning teams around key goals.
- Expertise in developing mind maps, user flows, and wireframes to visually communicate product concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making (Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms).
- Skilled in writing clear product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

- Experience in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Government Projects:
- Background in any of these industries, particularly related to digital transformation or innovation, is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise in AI and Digital Transformation: Familiarity or experience with AI-driven solutions and digital transformation, especially in the Thai market.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant Agile certifications.
