Job Descriptions:

Your Impact

  • You will work largely in the government and private sector, concentrating on delivering and implementing large-scale transformation projects. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term project success.
  • You will manage workstreams either largely independently and/ or with the support of different resources. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between English and Thai-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project.
  • Proactively manage, monitor and report on the execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner across stakeholders.
  • Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency and overall budget performance (e.g. Estimate At Completion (EAC) vs budget).
  • Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholders commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
  • Develop program/project/phrase plans and estimates through negotiations with the project sponsor, key stakeholders, and/or client as required.
  • Oversee financial tracking and reporting work for the program/project.
  • Manage work plan, tracking and analytics for the program/project execution.
  • Lead resource management support including roll-on/roll-off, resource tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure completion of administrative tasks such as project operations support, deliverable management, communication support, and project/service management tooling support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Law, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, with a strong academic achievement or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project consulting, transformation, project delivery, process management, analytical and high numerate. Experience project managing the delivery / execution of at least one large scale transformation project in the private sector. Proficient in business and financial strategy, demonstrated solid structured problem-solving skills. Experience in program/project management, delivery and implementation of large technology solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Thai is required.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding in software development Agile project management tools and software. Good understanding of data flow and architecture is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Good evidence of building strong relationships, effective communication, delivering tailored solutions with strategic insights, and leveraging deep expertise to ensure lasting client impact.
