Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our companys workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process through to successful onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide reports on hiring metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • A demonstratable track record in IT recruitment, either with a recruitment agency or internal HR, managing the full recruitment process from reviewing requirements with hiring managers, to offer negotiation and employee onboarding.
  • Fluent Thai speaker
  • Good level of English communication
  • Able to work on your own and on team projects
  • Proactive, both in looking to take on work and also in working with others
  • Willing to question, challenge and advise hiring managers
  • Curious and willing to learn
  • Methodical in your approach to work and comfortable following structured processes.
