The Opportunity: Shape AI-Driven Solutions

The strategic and analytical Business Analyst will drive the development of innovative, AI-powered products. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical execution translating insights into clear, actionable requirements that guide product development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands market dynamics, and can turn complexity into clarity.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs
• Analyze business processes and propose optimized, value-driven solutions
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven evaluations
• Work closely with Product Owners and SMEs to align requirements with strategy
• Create and maintain documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, wireframes, and process flows
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer value

Who You Are

• Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and product lifecycle management
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms
• Strong creative and analytical thinking with a passion for solving complex problems
• ️ Bilingual communicator (Thai and English), experienced in working with executives and government stakeholders
• Able to produce clear documentation: BRD, FSD, SRS, URD, and stakeholder analysis reports
• Bonus: Experience in AI-driven product development or public sector transformation
