We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation, e-government/commerce to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the development of innovative, AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will own the requirements gathering process, conduct market and competitive analysis, and translate business needs into actionable insights that align with company strategy. You will collaborate with Product Owners and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for improvement, support solution design, and ensure that all deliverables meet business objectives and provide customer value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs, translating them into clear, actionable product requirements.

• Business Process Improvement: Analyze and map existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions that align with business objectives.

• Data Analysis, Reporting & Market Research: Conduct data analysis, market research and competitive analysis activities to ensure products align with the company strategy and market trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are accurately understood and integrated into the product development lifecycle.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Assist in the design and documentation of solutions, ensuring that all proposed features align with business requirements and deliver measurable value.

• Agile Practices & Documentation: Support Agile teams by creating and maintaining key documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, business requirements documents (BRD), and stakeholder analysis reports to support the product development process.

• Quality Assurance (UAT): Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets defined criteria and quality standards, advocating for customer value.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Native-Level Thai Fluency (Verbal & Written): Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for managing product development life cycles.

• Strong skills in market research, data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms to validate product strategies.

• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, functional specifications, BRD, FSD, SRS, URD, etc.

• Strong creative and analytical thinking to solve complex problems and deliver innovative, AI-driven solutions.

• Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable steps and effectively communicate those to diverse teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Government Projects: Background in any of these industries, particularly related to digital transformation or innovation, is highly desirable.

• Technical Expertise in AI and Digital Transformation: Familiarity or experience with AI-driven solutions and digital transformation, especially in the Thai market.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is a plus.

• Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant Agile certifications
