The Opportunity: Be the Growth Engine

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is more than a dealmaker, you are a strategic connector, a trusted advisor, and a growth architect. This role is not just about hitting targets its about forging partnerships that shape Thailand's digital economy.

You will bring insight, credibility, and passion to the table guiding clients through complexity, uncovering opportunities, and showing them how BKS can unlock transformation. With you, growth becomes more than numbers it becomes impact.

What You'll Do: Lead, Influence, Accelerate

  • Shape Markets: Develop and execute business development strategies that expand BKSs footprint across government ministries and top private sector industries.
  • Win Trust: Build long-term relationships with executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers, positioning BKS as a partner of choice.
  • Drive Solutions: Promote digital transformation programs from e-government initiatives to ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 with AI.
  • Engage Government: Navigate procurement processes, develop proposals, and align BKS with national transformation agendas.
  • Expand Partnerships: Collaborate with cloud providers, technology partners, and universities to strengthen BKSs ecosystem.
  • Amplify Our Voice: Represent BKS at industry forums, conferences, and eventsdriving thought leadership and brand recognition.

Who Were Looking For: The Connector of Opportunity

  • Hands-on experience in business development and sales within IT consulting or solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in both government and enterprise engagements.
  • Strong grasp of digital transformation technologies and their real-world business impact.
  • Exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
  • Deep network across Thai government and business communities.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with a keen understanding of local business culture.

Bonus: Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or enterprise ERP solutions.
