Project Manager (Agile Delivery & Transformation)

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at BKS, youll lead small to mid-sized Agile software delivery teams and take on larger-scale transformation initiatives across clients from both enterprise (private) and government (public) sectors. Youll be responsible for managing full project life cycles from discovery and planning through delivery and client enablement while coaching junior staff and influencing stakeholders.

This is an ideal role for professionals with at least 8 years of experience who are ready to take ownership of end-to-end delivery and grow toward senior or strategic project leadership. You'll work closely with internal tech teams and client stakeholders to bring digital transformation to life.

• Clients from both enterprise (private) and government (public) sectors
• Technical leads, QA engineers, UX designers, and business analysts
• Junior Project Managers and Project Delivery Support team
• Senior PMs, Delivery Heads, and Strategic Advisors

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agile projects and cross-functional workstreams
• Plan, track, and report on milestones, budgets, risks, and scope
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc.)
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a key liaison between BKS teams and client stakeholders (Thai & English)
• Communicate project progress, risks, and changes clearly and consistently
• Translate complex technical or business requirements into actionable steps

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building
• Coordinate across technical, design, and business functions
• Promote a high-performance, collaborative team culture
• Support resource planning, rollout support, and project onboarding

Project Governance & Change Management

• Own change requests, risk mitigation, and documentation compliance
• Drive process improvements across project execution and reporting
• Contribute to proposal planning, budgeting, and client engagement strategy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or consulting
• Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized Agile teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
• Proficiency in project tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Google Suite
• Excellent communication in both Thai and English
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience delivering digital transformation projects (public or enterprise sector)
• Familiarity with DevOps, data architecture, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Experience with budgeting, proposals, or RFPs
• Prior mentorship or team leadership responsibilities
