The Opportunity: Lead the Future of Technology

We are seeking an inspiring Head of Technology to lead our technical vision, execution, and delivery excellence. This is not a role for caretakers of the status quoits for a transformational leader who can align cutting-edge innovation with business outcomes and cultural realities.

You will be a trusted partner to executives, a builder of high-performing teams, and a strategist who translates complexity into clarity. With your guidance, every BKS initiative from AI-powered platforms to blockchain ecosystems will deliver value, resilience, and trust.

What You'll Do: Inspire, Orchestrate, Transform

• Be the Strategic Partner: Advise clients and C-level leaders on technology strategy, ensuring solutions align with business priorities.
• Orchestrate Across Functions: Lead project, product, architecture, and engineering teams toward seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Champion Emerging Tech: Stay ahead of AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain trends, guiding clients and teams in their adoption.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Mentor and grow leaders, creating a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver Measurable Impact: Ensure every initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and with lasting business value.
• Tailor to Thailand: Shape solutions that resonate with local business culture, regulations, and customer expectations.

Who Were Looking For: The Visionary Technologist

• Hands-on experience in senior technology leadership with proven success in large-scale delivery.
• Expertise in emerging technology adoption (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, Cybersecurity).
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and complex transformation programs.
• Native or fluent Thai, with deep knowledge of Thailand's market and business culture.
• A strategic communicator able to engage executives, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders.

Preferred: Masters degree or MBA, experience in consulting or public sector transformation.
