Role Overview:

The Client Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients in both the Thai government and private sectors. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, ensuring project success, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling BKS's comprehensive suite of digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts in both government and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively understand client business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on digital transformation initiatives.

Account Growth and Retention:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling BKS's solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure high client retention rates through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (VNS and BKS) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate project updates and manage client expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams.

Government and Private Sector Expertise:

  • Apply a deep understanding of the Thai government procurement process and regulations.
  • Navigate the complexities of working with government ministries and agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target private sector industries (Agriculture, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Tourism).
  • Understand the specific needs of the SMB market, and how to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related AI solutions.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Support the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with cloud providers, technology vendors, and educational institutions.
  • Work to ensure that the VNS technical resources located in Bangkok are working in harmony with client needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and sales activities.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Thai and English languages.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client account management and sales, preferably in the IT consulting or solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships in both the Thai government and private sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Thai business culture and regulatory environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP solutions.
  • Experience working with or selling to Thai government ministries.
