About The Role:

This role is responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances both product marketing and employer branding. Working closely with the Marketing team, the position involves producing a wide range of assetsincluding product showcases, event coverage, and social media contentto drive brand awareness and engagement. The focus is on delivering consistent, impactful storytelling across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Create video and photographic content for both online and offline use, from creating the visual content, through editing, to final publishing

• Be a key member of the creative team in making the monthly marketing plan and agreeing on the content to be created.

• Execute the development of content in line with the vision set by the manager.

Internal/External Interactions:

• Report to the marketing manager, work closely with the business heads in understanding their needs to create solutions.

• Work the Vietnam team as needed.

• Work with partners/customers/suppliers occasionally

Knowledge Responsibilities:

• Expert in tools for creating content.

• Continually update knowledge of technology and type of solutions (i.e. animation,)

Travel Requirements:

• Visit locations for filming in Thailand and occasionally trips to Vietnam to work with the team there.

• Travel could be a couple of times a month.

Tools & Technology & Systems Used

• Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Motion Effect, Adobe Animate and other editing and animation software. Understand lighting and other photographic tools.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education & Certification

• A degree or qualification in a relevant field (media, arts, photography, etc.) is desirable (essential if the candidate does not have a demonstrable track record and/or relevant certifications).

Must-have

• Prior experience in creating and producing high quality, b2B video for marketing/business promotion (be able to provide a portfolio of work examples).

• Experience in producing content for companies producing technical our software products.

• Excellent English and Thai communication skills.

• Motion graphics and animation experience

Nice to have

• Experience working in an IT consulting company.

• Experience using drones, experience running livestream events, project management/coordination experience.

• Storytelling as a tool experience.
