About The Role:

As a Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in supporting project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring best practices across the organization. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to enhance project efficiency, maintain standardized methodologies, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Provide centralized coordination and support for projects.
  • Assist project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement best practices for project management.
  • Develop and maintain project management processes and templates.

Resource Management:

  • Manage shared resources across the PMO's project portfolio.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track project progress and performance.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Mentorship:

  • Provide training and mentorship to project managers and team members.
  • Share knowledge and best practices for project management.

Project Audits:

  • Conduct project audits to ensure that project management standards, rules, procedures, and templates are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have minimum 3 years' experience working as PMO or PM
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ProjectPlan etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), software and tools
  • Knowledge of various roles (BA, PO, QA, etc.) and their responsibilities to ensure effective team composition
  • Experience in resource management and budgeting.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures.
  • Experience in training and mentoring project managers and team members.
  • PMP or any equivalent certification is a plus.
