Role Summary
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating agile software projects that serve both public and private sector clients. You will work closely with senior project leaders and collaborate across cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
In addition to project coordination, you will directly supervise and mentor a team of Fresh Graduate Project Delivery Support staff. This includes assigning tasks, supporting their growth, and ensuring their work meets delivery standards.
This role is ideal for individuals with 13 years of experience who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate daily execution across technical and non-technical project teams
- Track project timelines, progress, and risks; flag issues as needed
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
Team Supervision & Mentorship
- Supervise a team of Fresh Graduate Project Delivery Support staff
- Assign and monitor tasks, review deliverables, and provide feedback
- Guide junior team members on task ownership and communication practices
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the liaison between junior staff, senior leadership, and client stakeholders
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and status tracking
- Prepare concise project updates and presentations for senior PMs and clients
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or junior project management
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication in both Thai and English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred:
- Experience in technology consulting or software delivery environments
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or government-sector projects
- Previous experience managing junior team members or interns
