VISA and Work Permit Officer

Job Description:

As a Visa and Work Permit Officer, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the visa and work permit processes for international employees. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with Thai immigration laws and regulations, providing consultation, and liaising with relevant government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa and Work Permit Applications: Assist clients with the application, renewal, and cancellation of visas and work permits.
• Consultation: Provide expert advice on visa types, work permit requirements, and Thai immigration regulations.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and review necessary documents to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Liaison: Communicate with vendors and government authorities such as the Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labor, and Board of Investment (BOI) on behalf of company
• Monitoring: Track the progress of applications and keep clients updated on their status.
• Advisory: Advise clients on re-entry permits, visa extensions, and 90-day reporting. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Client Support: Address client inquiries and provide solutions for any visa or work permit-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, HR, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in visa and work permit processing.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Thai immigration laws and work permit regulations.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with international clients.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Attributes: Responsible, service-minded, and proactive.
