Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Support professional to assist the Program Management Office in overseeing and coordinating the portfolio of projects. This role is critical in ensuring that project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained across the organization. You will support project managers and leadership with administrative, reporting, and process management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team and project managers
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs, and issue trackers
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of PMO policies, templates, and processes
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
- Consolidate data and prepare reports/dashboards for executive leadership
- Support project and portfolio governance by ensuring compliance with PMO standards
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Help with onboarding of new project managers and provide tool/process guidance
- Liaise with finance, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth project operations
- Assist in change management and communications activities related to projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, computer science or a related field
- 12 years of experience in a PMO, project support, or administrative project role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiar with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
- Good in English (written & communication)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
