Job Summary:
As a Middle Project Manager, you will independently lead small to mid-sized Agile project teams and play a hands-on role in delivering digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong project execution skills, stakeholder management, and an ability to balance structured planning with agile flexibility. You'll work directly with senior leadership and clients to drive project outcomes, while also guiding junior team members and collaborating across technical and functional areas.
This is an ideal role for professionals with 4-7 years of experience who are ready to take the lead on delivery while continuing to grow toward a senior project or program leadership track.

- Junior Project Managers and Project Delivery Support team

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Independently manage end-to-end delivery of Agile software projects or workstreams
- Plan, track, and report on project progress, milestones, budgets, and risks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups
- Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with client expectations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key liaison between BKS teams and client stakeholders (Thai & English)
- Translate complex requirements into clear action plans
- Provide regular status updates and escalation reports to senior stakeholders
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor and support junior project staff, including JPs and Delivery Support
- Coordinate across functional teams including developers, analysts, and QA
- Promote a collaborative and accountable delivery culture
- Assist in resource planning and rollout support as needed
Project Governance & Change Management
- Manage scope, change requests, and delivery plans across sprint cycles
- Ensure documentation, budget control, and administrative tasks are properly maintained
- Participate in proposal planning, estimation, and cross-project knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Agile project coordination, delivery, or consulting
- Experience leading small to medium cross-functional project teams
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred
- Exposure to digital transformation projects in the public or enterprise sector
- Familiarity with data architecture, DevOps, or security concepts is a plus
- Experience supporting proposal or RFP preparation
- Prior mentorship or leadership of junior staff
