The Role: What You'll Do

As a Project Manager: You will work largely in the government and private sector, concentrating on delivering and implementing large-scale transformation projects. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long term project success.

You will manage workstreams either largely independently and/ or with the support of different resources. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organizations.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • User Reach & Engagement: Lead outreach strategies to expand platform penetration across farmers, cooperatives, and government stakeholders and design and deliver engagement campaigns that raise awareness and drive platform usage across provinces.
  • User Onboarding & Adoption: Develop and execute onboarding journeys that simplify registration and encourage early feature adoption, oversee training programs and train-the-trainer models for scalable rollout and Partner with provincial governments and associations to ensure smooth onboarding at the grassroots level.
  • Analyze User Needs & Insights: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify adoption barriers and feature requirements, work closely with product and strategy teams to integrate user insights into platform improvements and track user behavior data to monitor retention, churn, and feature engagement.
  • Plan Incentives & Mechanics: Design incentive structures and mechanics (e.g., rewards, recognition, gamification) to drive ongoing platform participation, coordinate with government stakeholders to align incentives with official programs and policies and pilot and evaluate incentive campaigns to optimize long-term engagement.
  • Cross-Pillar Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Service (Pillar 1) to resolve onboarding and engagement challenges and work with Project Management & Strategy (Pillar 3) to ensure adoption targets align with program milestones and KPIs.

Who We're Looking For: Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proven Project Leadership: 5+ years of experience in user success, customer engagement, or digital adoption programs.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale onboarding and engagement initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Incentive & Gamification Experience in incentive program design or gamification is a strong plus.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language Proficiency Fluency in Thai required; English proficiency preferred.
  • Mobility & Flexibility Willingness to travel for regional coordination and field execution.
