🧠 What Youll Do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews
• Help design and improve onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
• Support HR operations, including employee records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Contribute to exciting initiatives such as wellness programs, career development plans, and more
• Work with a collaborative team that champions people-first innovation
