As part of our Digital Solutions Consulting team, you'll work on groundbreaking projects in natural language processing, semantic search, computer vision, and generative AI. This is your opportunity to lead technical innovation and deliver AI systems that make a real-world impact.

What You'll Own

AI Solution Design & Development

• Architect and implement advanced AI solutions using embeddings, hybrid search, and reranking techniques.
• Build and fine-tune deep learning models with custom loss functions for specialized use cases.

Model Deployment & Optimization

• Deploy and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) in production environments.
• Create and manage high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.

Visualization & Insights

• Develop interactive dashboards using Streamlit, Power BI, or Superset to showcase model performance and business insights.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior and mid-level AI Solution Architects, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into impactful AI solutions.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• Extensive hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering real-world solutions.
• Proven expertise in embedding technologies, vector search, and reranking systems.
• Strong experience in deep learning architectures, dataset design, and LLM/VLM deployment.
• Advanced Python skills and proficiency with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Nice to Have

• GPU cluster management, MLOps practices, and enterprise AI deployment experience.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian languages and business contexts.
• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (Thai or Vietnamese is a plus).
