Your Impact: What You'll Achieve

• Lead from Ambiguity to Launch: Command the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, guiding them from initial concept through to successful deployment and adoption.
• Master Stakeholder Complexity: Serve as the trusted advisor to our clients, confidently navigating relationships with everyone from C-suite executives and government ministers to end-users and technical teams.
• Champion Delivery Excellence: Implement and adapt the right project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to fit the unique needs of each project, ensuring a culture of predictability, quality, and accountability.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Genius: Unite and motivate our brilliant teams of AI specialists, developers, and product experts, ensuring seamless collaboration and a laser focus on the project's strategic goals.
• Command the Details, Own the Outcome: Maintain absolute control over project scope, budget, risk, and resources, making the critical trade-offs necessary to deliver on time and with exceptional quality.

Your Experience (We're Hiring at Multiple Levels):

• Project Manager (3-5+ years): You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, medium-to-large scale software or technology projects from start to finish.
• Senior Project Manager / Program Manager (6-8+ years): You have extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs. You are a master of managing senior stakeholders, complex budgets, and mentoring other PMs.

Bonus Points for:

• Direct experience in the Public Sector, Supply Chain, or Agriculture.
• A background in IT consulting or a client-facing professional services role.
• Formal certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe).
