As part of our Digital Solutions Consulting team, you'll play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technical execution for projects involving digital transformation, AI implementations, and enterprise systems. What You'll Own

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create comprehensive BRDs, FSDs, and user stories to guide development teams.

Process Optimization & Solution Design

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future states of business processes.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to visualize solutions.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and visualization.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects or digital transformation initiatives, demonstrating the ability to deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with government or enterprise-level projects.
• Familiarity with AI/ML project requirements and data science workflows.
• Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA).
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services domain.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (Thai or Vietnamese is a plus).
