The Role: What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to lead and manage the end-to-end bidding process for digital transformation and enterprise IT projects. The Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role in securing new business by ensuring proposals are compliant, competitive, and strategically aligned with both client requirements and company objectives. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to submission and post-bid debrief.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, technical architects, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs and develop winning proposals. Manage clarifications, presentations/demos, and negotiations; hand over to project/delivery teams if awarded; capture lessons learned.
  • Proposal Development: Create clear, persuasive, and tailored bid documents, highlighting technical strengths, pricing models, and value-added services.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and submission requirements, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients throughout the bid process.
  • Pricing & Risk Analysis: Support the development of competitive pricing strategies and conduct risk assessments for each opportunity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, update the bid library, and refine best practices to improve win rates.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on digital transformation initiatives, procurement trends, and competitor activities in the IT/software sector.

Who We're Looking For: Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in bid/proposal management within the software or IT solutions industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail, organization, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with bid management tools

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with large-scale IT or software implementation projects.

  • Familiarity with digital economy initiatives, enterprise technology trends, and ICT industry standards.

  • APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification or other proposal management credentials.

  • Background in enterprise software (ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, digital solutions).

  • Knowledge of software procurement models (perpetual, subscription/SaaS), SoW/SLA basics, and info-security considerations (e.g., ISO 27001).

  • Understanding of PDPA and handling of sensitive business information.
