As we scale our operations, were seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation and AI-driven projects. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery across cross-functional and cross-border teams in Thailand and Vietnam.

Your leadership will directly influence how we deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that power Thailand's digital economy.

What You'll Own

End-to-End Project Leadership

• Drive the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and coach teams for continuous improvement.
• Oversee environment management (development, staging, production) on AWS/Azure.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance

• Collaborate with government agencies and enterprise clients to align goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and data security standards.
• Provide regular project insights and reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Risk & Performance Management

• Define success metrics for tasks, user stories, and overall projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks.
• Resolve conflicts and foster collaboration across Bangkok and Vietnam teams.

What You Bring

Core Competencies

• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong skills in timeline, cost, and risk management.
• Hands-on knowledge of backend (Node.js, Python, Go) and frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS).
• Expertise in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Industry & Client Exposure

• Experience delivering government-related IT projects or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI and Data projects (model building, visualization, evaluation).

Language Skills

• We value diversity and are open to foreign candidates who can communicate effectively in Thai.
• Vietnamese fluency is a strong advantage.

• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM.
