Senior Manager, Global Sourcing Project Management

Title : Senior Quality Excellence Manager ( Hong Kong based )

Our client is a regional conglomerate with a wealth of renown global clients. They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Quality Excellence Manager to join their senior management team in Hong Kong to enhance and provide added value services to their client.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute quality management strategies aligned with business growth objectives, meeting customer expectations and cross-functional requirements.

Lead and oversee quality projects from planning to completion, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Analyse quality data, identify issues, drive problem-solving processes, and propose solutions.

Manage project scope, allocate resources, and establish project timelines and tasks.

Enhance technical audit processes, inspection procedures, and lab testing across diverse categories and regions.

Monitor project progress, report on deliverables, prepare presentations and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management / Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 8 years quality assurance management experience preferably with project management experience in consumer goods sourcing or brands.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong drive to learn.

Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
