Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop graphics and visual materials that align with our brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website visuals

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute design strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives

- Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts that meet project requirements and deadlines

- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with company style guidelines

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and use this knowledge to enhance our visual communication efforts

- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to team members and clients, and incorporate feedback to refine designs

- Manage and organize design files and assets to ensure efficient and effective workflow

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work and styles
