Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leading masonry contractor, we specialize in providing high-quality masonry services to commercial and residential clients. We are looking for a skilled individual who can help us visually communicate our brand and services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials

- Create and design layouts for print and digital media

- Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs

- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand their design needs and requirements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Prepare and present design concepts and ideas to the team and clients for feedback and approval

- Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Experience with web design and social media graphics is a plus

- Knowledge of the masonry industry is a plus, but not required
