We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Epic Analyst to support, configure, and optimize Epic electronic health record (EHR) applications in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure Epic systems function efficiently, meet organizational needs, and comply with healthcare regulations.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be automatically rejected.


Key Responsibilities:

Configure, support, and maintain assigned Epic application modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Beaker, Cadence, Resolute, Willow, MyChart)

Analyze clinical and business workflows and translate requirements into Epic system solutions

Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to optimize Epic functionality

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and validation activities

Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials

Support end-user training and provide post-implementation support

Ensure Epic applications comply with regulatory, security, and organizational standards

Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Epic Analyst or in Epic application support

Current Epic certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules (required)

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations

Experience working with Epic reporting tools and data structures

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Multiple Epic module certifications

Experience supporting large health systems or academic medical centers

Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards

Prior experience in system optimization, revenue cycle, or clinical informatics initiatives


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 USD, commensurate with experience, certifications, and geographic location
