Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. As a leading masonry contracting company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design and has a strong understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including print and digital materials, logos, and advertisements

- Create visually appealing and effective designs that align with the company's brand and messaging

- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality designs

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the company's visual presence

- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide exceptional customer service

- Assist with the development and maintenance of the company's website and social media platforms

- Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing creative ideas and solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

- Experience with web design and social media management is a plus

- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required
