Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading masonry contracting company, we specialize in designing and constructing beautiful and durable structures for our clients. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can help us showcase our work and communicate our brand effectively through various visual mediums.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics

- Collaborate with project managers and architects to create visual representations of proposed masonry designs and concepts

- Design and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date

- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual materials

- Create and edit photographs and videos to showcase completed projects and company events

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the company's visual presence

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography

- Experience with web design and content management systems (CMS)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
