We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Development Expert to support and lead strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and long-term growth strategies. The successful candidate will provide financial, strategic, and operational analysis to support executive decision-making while working collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships

Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence activities

Develop business cases, investment memoranda, and executive-level presentations

Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and external advisors throughout transaction lifecycles

Support post-merger integration planning and execution

Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities

Advise executive leadership on strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions

Support corporate strategy development and long-range planning efforts


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting

Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction execution

Proven experience leading or supporting M&A transactions

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other relevant advanced degree

Experience in technology, healthcare, energy, or industrial sectors

Prior leadership or team mentoring experience

Familiarity with post-merger integration frameworks


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location
