Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leading masonry contractor, we are dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who shares our passion for excellence and can help us showcase our work through visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials, including print and digital media

- Design and produce visual assets such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral

- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative design elements into our materials

- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their objectives

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Review and provide feedback on designs from other team members to ensure quality and consistency

- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials

- Maintain organized files and records of all designs and assets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print

- Strong understanding of design principles and typography

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize projects

- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work and styles
