Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote New York State)

Our client is currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver therapy services via telehealth to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals across a range of mental health conditions, primarily via video and phone sessions

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes, individual therapy, and, when applicable, group and family sessions

  • Perform mental health assessments, provide counseling, make referrals, and offer crisis intervention as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and internal guidelines

  • Collaborate with care teams to support individualized treatment and recovery plans

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Fully remote position no in-office work required

  • Flexible scheduling within the hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST, seven days a week

  • Must be available to work until 8:00 PM at least two weekdays per week OR
    Four 4-hour shifts across the weekend

  • No on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Active mental health licensure in the state of New York (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)

  • Strong clinical assessment, therapeutic, and documentation skills

  • Comfortable using telehealth technology and delivering care virtually
